Version 2026-10-13 · Effective October 13, 2026
These terms govern the use of the MKS portal, operated by MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. ("MKS", "we"). They apply to everyone given an account: MKS staff, deployed workers, and people at our client companies. By signing in you agree to them.
Accounts are created by MKS. Each account is for one person and is given only the access that person's role requires. Do not share your account or let anyone else sign in as you.
Keep your password private and change it if you think someone else knows it. Tell MKS straight away if you notice activity on your account that was not yours. You are responsible for what is done through your account until you have told us.
What you enter — clock-in and clock-out times, overtime and night work, notes, timesheets, leave requests, messages and documents — must be true and complete. Time records are used to compute pay and to bill our clients, so recording time you did not work, or recording it for someone else, is a serious matter and may lead to disciplinary action under MKS policy and the law. Team leaders who approve hours confirm that, to their knowledge, the hours are correct.
The portal holds personal information about other people and confidential information about MKS and its clients. Use what you can see only for your work, do not copy or share it outside that purpose, and do not try to reach information your role does not give you. Client contacts see only their own company's information and must treat information about deployed workers in line with the Data Privacy Act.
Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share; do not attempt to disrupt, probe or get around the portal's security; and do not use automated means to extract information from it.
We aim to keep the portal available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, for example during maintenance. If you cannot reach it, for anything time-sensitive such as recording attendance, follow your team leader's instructions and tell MKS.
MKS may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and closes accounts when employment or a client relationship ends. Records MKS must keep by law are retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show which version applies.
